Cross Benderz are tunable percussive effects. Unique in sight and sound, the Cross Benderz have great visual impact on stage and can actually be hand bent or hand hammered for a wide variety of sound applications. A mild bend of the cross arms creates a quick splashy attack, emanating an interesting vibrato series of secondary reverberations. Sharper bends produce short trashier sounds, similar to a china with an industrial edge. Hand hammering produces loud clangy trashy attack sounds that works well in all styles of music. Cross Benderz can be mounted directly inside a China Type Cymbal. The thin flexible alloy design easily conforms into a china, producing a trashy metallic rattle effect. Bending cross arms inward and tightening down wing-nut applies increased pressure creating a gated effect.
