International sales information

Credit card orders online:
Thank you for your interest in DC Music store. We accept credit card orders internationally though these orders will go through a screening process. Once the order is placed on our site we will contact you back to confirm a shipping total. Our website will default to US shipping but international shipping will require an additional amount.

Paypal payments may be made but only with customers who have a verified address with paypal.

In any payment you send, include your name, items you wish to order and shipping details.

Shipping costs for items vary from item to item and will need you to add to the cost of the item. Please e-mail us so that we can figure a shipping cost and let us know what country, postal code and item/items you are interested in. We will replay back with the amount needed to ship to you. International order arrival will vary as the item shipped will go through various countries postal services before it reaches you Internationally. This generally takes 1 - 4 weeks depending on where you live in the world. 

All non U.S. sales are considered final and no returns or exchanges permitted. Due to International postal system we cannot guarantee the arrival of items.
