Shipping & Delivery
Orders over $49.99 are shipped free within the 48 US states. Other than that, shipping charge for USA customers is just $4.99. This is a flat fee per order. If you order 4 items on one order you will be charged just one $4.99 fee for the entire order. If you live in Alaska or Hawaii there may be extra charges due to your location. The cost of the item and weight will be factors. Contact us with the items you are interested in for details. All of our US shipments are covered by insurance. If an item arrives damaged we will be happy to replace the damaged item.
Privacy & Security
DC Music will not give out your address, e-mail, or phone # or sell it to anyone. It will used soley by DC Music to contact you. Those who join our newsletter will get a periodic e-mail of specials or events that are happening at DC Music.
Terms & Conditions
All items come with a warranty unless specifically mentioned and DC Music store is an authorized dealer and happy to help with warranty questions. Items shipped within the U.S. from our on line store are protected in shipping by insurance coverage. DC Music store holds the right to correct any mistakes in pricing typographical errors and or product description. All company logos are copyright etc. that company, unauthorized copy and/or duplication of anything on this site is prohibited. Shipping is factored for customers within the 48 United States. Shipping for Alaska and Hawaii may be more in certain cases. Please E-mail us for shipping if you live outside of the those areas. Items shipped outside of the U.S. are considered final. Generous return policies If within the first 21 days of your purchase you are not satisfied, DC Music store will offer either:
A one time full credit toward any other product we carry of equal or greater value. OR We will issue a refund less a 10% restocking fee. (This is to cover the administration, paperwork, shipping labor and for re packaging the product.) In either case, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges pertaining to the exchange or return as well as actual (or originally charged whichever is greater) shipping costs of the product when it was first sent to you. We strongly encourage you to insure any package shipped back to us. We will not be able to process merchandise damaged by the shipper otherwise.

Product must be in brand new condition and have all the factory packaging complete with manuals and warranty papers, and show no signs of wear. Additional fees may be applied otherwise or refusal of exchange / return. Do not write on the items box with markers, use duct or masking tape etc. as to damage the original box, items or shipping materials.

You must e-mail to obtain a return authorization number from one of our Internet staff. After we issue you a return authorization number, you must ship your return within 5 business days.

Canceled special orders are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Exceptions to Our Return / Exchange Policy - Opened or used sets of strings blank media, and other disposable merchandise, installation items, computer hardware or software, sound cards, interfaces etc., sound cards, tubes, internal earphones, earplugs, harmonicas, raw-frame speakers, Diaphragms, parts, pickups, books and sheet music, cassettes, CDs and videos. Drumheads, cymbals, raw speakers, and internal ear pieces. Harmonicas, microphones, recorders, mouthpieces, reeds, and any other items you put your mouth on. Nose flutes and anything else you blow your nose on. Analog and digital recording gear (such as ADATs and four-track recorders) that shows wear. We will test these items upon receipt for total usage time. These mentioned items are non-returnable or exchanged. Multi Track Recorders are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Clothing must have all tags on them and must show no signs of wear or washing. Clothing is exchange only or store credit. Custom Orders: No refunds or exchanges allowed. Merchandise damaged in transit should be reported to us immediately.

Our return policy is very generous, so please understand that our hands are tied on these specific products. We ask that you help us respect these exceptions.

Coupons and discounts Any coupon or discount not advertised on an items page will not be acceptable if entered into the shopping cart and processed. For instance, if you enter a coupon code that is not advertised on that item's page and even though the system may let you check out and complete a purchase with it we will remove it from the back end once it's discovered and charge the actual amount without the coupon deduction. Any coupon code and discount offered on the page will of course be accepted. But no coupon or discount not offered will be accepted. DC Music is also not responsible for shopping cart errors or typographical errors on the site or shopping cart. We strongly suggest against attempts to fraudulently trick or cheat our web site and shopping cart system and retain the right to prosecute thievery of any sort.

International Sales
We ship to most all countries around the world. Some items are to large for international shipping but most are not a problem. Order the item and once the order is in we will contact you with the exact shipping amount needed based on the items ordered and your location (since it will still show only USA shipping) and once we hear back from you we will process the order. Overseas shipments are not guaranteed due to the nature of overseas shipping.
